Doug Gorman did just that in 2006 when he was searching for a property in Bowling Green, Ky. to relocate his business, Booth Fire & Safety Inc., he purchased a building that had been vacant for five years. The story-and-a-half structure contained 17,000 square feet and was known for its yellow, ceramic glazed tile bricks.
